Government of the Principality of Rosellia
Rosellia is a unitary non-partisan principality governed by a meritocratic council. The government is intentionally simple and efficient, built to reflect the scale of the nation while maintaining order, continuity, and identity. It does not rely on elections or political parties, as these are seen as divisive and unnecessary for a community of Rosellia’s size. Instead, all positions are appointed based on trust, competence, and service to the principality.
The head of government is the Prime Minister, who leads the administration with the Chief Advisor and represents the nation in all official matters. Supporting the Prime Minister is a small Council of Ministers, each responsible for specific areas such as culture, peace, internal affairs, and foreign relations. All ministers are appointed by agreement between the Prime Minister, the Chief Advisor, and the existing council. This structure allows Rosellia to function with professionalism while staying true to its ideals of unity and peaceful sovereignty.
